Anyone else think about how a single column larks head knot is basically just using a sheet bend to tie a rope onto to itself?

Also I am ashamed to say I don't know much about tying knots but perhaps I should learn for... survival purposes. You never know when your going to need those skills to MacGuyver you're way out of a dangerous situation.
