Been going through the ProPublica's obtained Project 2025 training materials and "banality of evil" and "a boring dystopia" are pretty apt descriptions. The use of euphemism is at levels I've not seen in a long time too.
It's basically a step-by-step of how to perform a political coup using the most dry and sterile tone and tenor possible.
Here's one example of how they explain creating a Gestapo-esque force using political appointees in the softest manner possible. Basically, political appointed staff who act as "yes-men" will attend daily meetings and will give directives to "career bureaucrats" and act as their manager giving them appointed results.
