This might be fun. So is it like an actual intranet with multiple servers connecting through like a private DNS or something or just one server we all connect to with different users like a pubnix—a public UNIX server?
That would be a cool way to make a blog if the content we create could be made accessible via the wide internet. I've been looking at projects like the Kristall browser that are compatible with other web formats such as Gemini, Gopher, and even Markdown (no Org-Mode tho).
Honestly a lot more interesting than modern web-apps these days. The internet really is broken, hard-to-use, and full of annoyances these days even for the technically literate.
It's scary that a whole generation now has just been kinda raised to put up with the bullshit and accept it. Even get mad if you say stuff like "I block all ads." Hoss, I block all ads because ad-servers can push out dangerous javascript or other code in addition to text, images, and video and secondly, I find them incredibly distracting and a waste of my time. If I see an ad for a product, straight-up I am less likely to buy your product out of spite. /rant.
But yeah, this sounds good.
